problem over the phone. Sometimes, if it helps you, we can talk you
through how to fix simple faults, if not we will send one of our expert
Field Service Team to visit you.

Each visit brings with it a wealth of experience and technical

first time fix?
Unlike many service
agreements our 8-hour technical
response doesn't mean a visit to your site that ends in a delay to
order parts. Our engineers carry an extensive range of parts so that we
fix the fault on the first visit.
