What happens when I call?

Your call to our Help Desk allows us to diagnose your problem over the phone. Sometimes, if it helps you, we can talk you through how to fix simple faults, if not we will send one of our expert Field Service Team to visit you.

Just how good are our engineers?

Every member of the Field Service Team is highly trained - not just technically but also in the finer arts of customer service. Each visit brings with it a wealth of experience and technical knowledge along with politeness and a friendly manner. Each team member is H&S conscious and will abide by your rules when on your premises. Did we mention efficiency? Fast, courteous, effective - says it all…

A first time fix?

Unlike many service agreements our 8-hour technical response doesn't mean a visit to your site that ends in a delay to order parts. Our engineers carry an extensive range of parts so that we fix the fault on the first visit.
