3 THINGS TO TELL US WHEN YOU REPORT AN ISSUE WITH YOUR VENDING MACHINE
Here at UKVending we pride ourselves on our product range and our excellent customer services. It is a commitment we hold very dear. We also know that from time to time our expertly maintained vending machines have issues. In most cases these issues are minor and are easily resolved when you call our customer services team.
What do you need to tell us when you report an issue?
It is important to be specific when you tell us the problems your vending machine is experiencing. Here are three tips that will help us help you and get your vending machine back to perfect running order in the shortest possible time.
When you call us make sure you tell us exactly where the vending machine is located, particularly if it is one machine within a multiple machine location. For example if your business is a hotel or large office there may be dozens of our vending machines in the same location and it will save us time knowing which machine is faulty.
It may sound obvious, but sometimes people phone us without knowing exactly what the problem is. For example say you’re short of certain coffee or tea flavours, tell us which ones are empty. Alternatively for technical issues try and be as specific as possible about what is wrong. We realise that sometimes it may be hard to describe an issue but others. Other issues can be summed up quite succinctly such as ‘the machine isn’t taking money’, ‘no change is given’ or ‘the product won’t deliver’.
The Machine Number
There is usually a machine number on the vending machine, make a note of this and tell your customer service representative.
By providing as much information as possible helps UKVending technicians resolve the issues faster. Be sure to be specific when reporting any problems.
