3 times a week!
How many times a week do you find yourself reaching for treats? Well, according to new research adults in Britain reward themselves with sweet treats like chocolate three times a week. The study of 2,000 adults discovered that we like to give ourselves rewards such as buying cakes, a takeaway or going out to dinner to help cheer ourselves up. Wine and having a glass of beer are also high on the list of pick me ups.
Three quarters of the respondents to the study by Love Fresh Cherries said that treating themselves once in a while was very important to maintaining their overall well being.
