The results published in Daily Coffee News discovered that more than three quarters of those taking part in the study preferred to savour their drink in peace and quiet. Furthermore, they paid more attention to the essential qualities of the coffee, the flavour, and the aroma. Another aspect of the research seemed to indicate that coffee shop customers would buy more coffee at lower noise levels than in a busy, bustling, noisy one.
