A festival totally dedicated to tea is coming to London

Tea lovers rejoice there is a place in London this April that will set your taste buds tingling with anticipation. Fes-Tea-Val takes place on Saturday and Sunday 21/22 April and coincides with National Tea Day across the United Kingdom.
According to the organisers visitors can get to join ‘tea tastings galore, indulge in Tea ‘n’ Treat Village or perhaps even experiment in Tea ‘n’ Tipple Boulevard. The weekend promises to be a fun packed, family friendly event that celebrates everything about Britain’s favourite hot beverage. For example have you ever fancied blending your own tea, after all we’re all drinking tea that that has been blended by someone else, how cool would it be to have your own very special, very unique blend? Then there is the more adult end of the spectrum with tea and cocktails and even tea infused beers.

But it doesn’t stop there, after all what would a festival be without an amazing array of tasty treats and snacks from over two hundred exhibitors, most of which will have a connection to tea. Publicity for the event to be held in West London says: ‘This isn’t just a chance to delight in sweet galore though, there are celebrity masterclasses and educational sessions to get involved in to help you understand the perfect accompaniment to a cuppa. ‘To top off this plenitude of indulgence there is Sugar Mountain, the ultimate sweet tooth delight – naughty but nice!’ There’s also a Vitali-Tea Garden, which is for the healthy types. This area will give you a chance to find out exactly how tea can help shape your health lifestyle, from antioxidant properties to benefits for the gut and glowing skin.”
