Brew up to keep your mind razor sharp
Put the kettle on to keep your brain sharp. A recent study published in The Journal of Nutrition, Health and Aging found that regular tea drinking could reduce the risk of dementia by 50% in many people and by as much as 86 % for those with a genetic predisposition to the condition.
This may be down to tea’s antioxidant properties. Green, black and oolong tea all have benefits, but leaves are preferable to teabags.
