Charity Coffee Caravan

Here at UKVending we love a heartwarming story almost as much as we love our coffee so when we heard news about a charity coffee caravan we simply had to find out more. Whatever your views on caravans being towed across the UK, they do serve a purpose and when that purpose is selling coffee and raising money for a good cause then we can forgive a caravan holding us up as we travel through Cornwall.

In the week before Christmas a Leicester charity fundraiser called Eric had the idea of taking a disused caravan and converting it into a coffee shop and raise money for the city’s homelessness charity. The coffee caravan was sited next to the Christmas ice rink.

Now that Christmas is over what next for the charity coffee caravan? Well Eric has decided that there are more charitable causes to support and the next one is a Leicester City charity called ‘The Bridge’.
