It’s Christmas time, Mariah Carey is telling you all she wants, and Slade are wishing you a Merry old time, and on the High Street people are enjoying special seasonal coffee’s with all the bells, whistles, tinsel and glitter this time of year entails. They are also likely to getting something of a sugar rush as some of the latest coffee creations have more calories in them than your Christmas cake!

Nutritionists have tested some of the best sellers everything from Quality Street lattes to After Eight hot chocolates and found that some of these drinks have as much as ten teaspoons of sugar in each one and that’s before we mention mounds of whipped cream masquerading as a snow drift and sugary sauces running down the side of the cup.
