Coffee can help you concentrate
A new research study from the University of Minho in Portugal has discovered that drinking coffee on a regular basis can enhance concentration, improve motor control and alertness. It does this by creating beneficial changes in certain parts of human brains.
The research was published in the journal Molecular Psychiatry did, however, point out that there was something of a ‘double edged sword’ with the discovery. Whilst it was good that drinking coffee regularly improved performance over consumption led to higher levels of stress and anxiety.
