Eat Chocolate and lose weight? No really!
Want to lose weight? Don’t we all. Only the tasty foods seem to contain calories and everything that tastes terrible or boring well just aren’t exciting. Well, now all our dreams have come true.
A recent study published in the journal Nutrition and Diabetes showed that volunteers who ate 100g of dark chocolate two hours before a meal consumed 140 less calories at the next meal that they did after eating the same quantity of milk chocolate.
They also reported a big drop in the urge to eat other sweet, fatty or savoury snack. The researchers conducting the study, however, couldn’t really determine the root cause for their results.
