Vending Machines have generally been tarnished with a bad reputation: usually stocked with unhealthy snacks and soda pop’s; but it doesn’t have to be case. Try loading your vending machine with healthy, nutritious, protein rich snacks, like fruit and cereal bars instead.

There is plenty of evidence to support the notion that good quality snacks help people much better than sugary snacks and sweets that give you an initial buzz of energy that wears off quickly. Fruit and other nutritious foods such as oats give off their energy at a much slower and more consistent rate allowing the body time to use them to the most benefit. Fruit also allows people to be more alert and focused at work or school and crucially to be more productive.

Furthermore, stocking a vending machine with a range of healthy alternatives can be seen as promoting wellness.
