Relax with a bar of chocolate?

Here at UKVending we love a good scientific survey and here’s one that caught our attention. Research conducted for KitKat has discovered of 2,000 adults polled recently on the question of ‘how do you unwind?’ found quite unsurprisingly that quite a few of them chose to relax by eating a bar of chocolate.

The top ten ways of relaxing in 21^st century Britain also include cleaning the house, playing with a pet, doing a daily word puzzle and re-arranging a bookshelf or a cupboard. Wednesday’s and Friday’s are also the days most people find that they need to destress the most with 42 per cent of the 2,000 adults saying it was the best day to refocus.
