Sexy, fun? What (you hope) your coffee says about you

If you’re the type who is a complete grouch before your first cup of coffee in the morning, you probably believe that your first sip of coffee has a transformative effect on you. Well, if the results of a recent survey are to believed, so do many others. In fact many believe that the type of coffee they drink can make them sexy, fun or even fantastic lovers.

Dunkin’ Donuts who conducted the study found that if you’re looking for a straight talker, find someone who has had a white Americano. If, however, you want someone who considers themselves to be well read then look out for a double espresso drinker.

Some 20 per cent of people who drink mochas think of themselves as sexy, while iced coffee drinkers believe strongly that they are excellent lovers. Dunkin’ Donuts survey, whilst not entirely substantiated by facts asked 2,000 adult coffee drinkers to choose from a list of adjectives which best described themselves, 40 per cent of whom drink flavoured coffees, such as a hazelnut or caramel latte, thought that they were amusing or even downright funny.

Interestingly, those who thought of themselves as having good morals unsurprisingly they chose to drink dairy-free options such as oat or almond milk coffees.
