The health benefits of drinking three cups of coffee can include lowering the chance of developing Parkinsons disease and suffering a stroke.
A study recently published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology that involved 500,000 British people found that drinking around three cups of ground coffee daily reduces the risk of suffering a stroke by up to 21 per cent. Three cuppers were also 17 per cent less likely to die from cardiovascular disease and 12 per cent less likely to die from any cause.
