I am not a company but a private user who just happens to own4 Flavia drinks machines! (Even have one in the bedroom!) each time I call UK Vending for my small order (4 boxes) at a time maybe 3 times a year or so, there is never a problem. Staff are always friendly and helpful, they really dont mind my tiny orders and I always receive it the following day. Never, ever had a problem, with the company or the coffee-just love the columbia blend, just wish it was a little stronger but thats a personal thing. All in all, a nice company to deal with
